President Goodluck Jonathan Tuesday evening met with the leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party in the South-West.

Our correspondent learnt on Wednesday that the meeting was part of the President's ongoing consultations ahead of the 2015 general elections.

The meeting, which held behind closed doors, THE PUNCH learnt, was held inside the First Lady's Conference Hall inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
A source at the meeting said almost all the leaders of the party in the South-West, "except Baba Obasanjo" attended the meeting.
