A former Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav, on Tuesday joined a host of other prominent Nigerians in lambasting both the police and the Department of State Security for bungling the prosecution of the Nyanya blast suspect, Aminu Ogwuche.
