What are school politics?

Politics are basically opinions and left over policies from principals-gone-by.
They are the glue that we all hang on to so we can have a little continuity in our day.
Often when others come in from other districts, they bring what they know with them and if they are forceful people; they try to push their opinions(politics) on us and change the way we do things around here.
The best policy is to set policy at the beginning of the school year and stick to it.
Unfortunately; often many others have differing opinions(politics) on this subject.
Enough levity.
Just read this little passage and read it every day and you will be able to deal with all the politics(opinions).
“And acceptance is the answer to all my problems today. When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing, or situation-some fact of my life-unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing, or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment. Nothing, absolutely nothing happens in God’s world by mistake. Unless I accept life completely on life’s terms, I cannot be happy. I need to concentrate not so much on what needs to be changed in the world as on what needs to be changed in me and in my attitudes.”

If you are a teacher you can give bad grade to a student without reason there is a politic you need to follow . Same as student.
