There is evidence to show that progress in gender equality in one goal most certainty contributes simultaneously towards progress on all other development goals. Investments in gender equality can improve the lives of both men and women, with lasting benefits for the next generations.
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for the leadership of the UCT to effectively coordinate the gender response of all agencies in a coherent manner in order to maximize benefits and efficiency as well as minimize potential pitfalls. The main duties for this position include field-based health information system (HIS) and Monitoring and Evaluation technical assistance, capacity building, and knowledge management. The HIS Advisor will work in partnership with the Country Coordinator and other in-country staff and supported by other US-based MEASURE Evaluation technical staff as necessary to implement the MEASURE Evaluation scope of work in Nigeria. The Advisor will contribute to the preparation of annual work-plans and budgets, and quarterly and annual monitoring reports on program implementation. BACKGROUND
The overall objective of the project titled "NGA T97 Partnership in the Bayelsa Expenditure and Income Transparency Initiative (BEITI) and the Judicial Integrity Action Programme (JIA)" Enhance transparency accountability and Integrity in the management of public resources and public affairs in Bayelsa State.

One of the main components of the project will develop and pilot the implementation of a comprehensive framework to strengthen judicial integrity and capacity in Bayelsa State. Within this component, one of the activities is to develop and establish an inter agency case management system for Bayelsa state as well support the setting up of a functional Case management system for the state.

SITE RISK MANAGER

THE ROLE:
Site Risk Manager The successful candidate will be required to:
Assist with the development, implementation and management of HSE programs, policies and procedures.

Develop plan and conduct effective H&S training for production, warehouse, laboratory and office and new project environments. Review and update existing training modules to ensure they are in tune with current business needs (e.g. OHSAS 18001, PPE, LOTO, Fire safety, etc.)
