Foreclosure is something you want to avoid so your best option is to seek help from a professional real estate buyer experienced with situations just like yours. A professional real estate buyer such as On The Spot Home Buyers, LLC does not care if your house is in need of repairs, needs paint and carpet or if you owe more than your house is worth. We buy Charlotte houses. We are not realtors wanting to list your house while the foreclosure clock ticks away. That's really all a realtor can do for you, list it and wait for a buyer. With On The Spot Home Buyer you found your buyer. We buy Charlotte North Carolina houses fast.

Thanks for that useful information. I have recently moved to a new area and temporarily renting until I can make a wise investment decision on a home purchase. I know the value of buying and selling real estate wisely, but I'm very curious about foreclosed homes. Is there anyone out there who has experience in buying foreclosures? Apparently, RealtyTrac's quarterly report on the foreclosure industry indicated that more than a fourth of all domestic property sales during the first quarter of the year were bargains on foreclosure properties. Excessive foreclosures bring down the cost of houses, making industry recover more difficult. The news, considered with last week's grim jobs report, further supports the realization that the slow economic recovery is not picking up much steam right now.
