Africa is developing everyday and one area we see most of this development is in real estate. here are some news on real estate from africa ( e.g. nigeria):

Nigerian Real Estate News

    Odu’a shopping centre uplifts business activities in Ibadan : Propelled by its strategic focus on real estate investment as an avenue to earn income, Odu’a Investment Company Limited is rounding off the construction of another N200 million commercial property along the Iwo road axis of the Ibadan industrial pole, in Oyo State

    Lagos market to cost N1.5b : The Lagos State government plans to rebuild the Sandgrouse Market at N1.5 billion. The market will be upgraded into a mix-use ultra-modern affair through a two-year Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) arrangement with DHB Construction Limited.

1.5 billion for Upgrade? that is a big money, let hope that all will turn out far better, because anything that expensive must be affective otherwise it involves much waste.

In Africa country real estate market is booming, The price in real estate in africa are very good and that is why it is good destination to invest money in it.
