I just observe Africans seek spiritual remedy for virtually everything, why?

I understands when we face challenge we expect it solution, but must it be in spiritual means, this is common in Africa why? Africans do it looking why looking for husband, Wife, business success, before traveling, before eating, job interview, carrying out one duties etc.

Is good to tell God about our activities as God created heaven and earth knows solution to every challenge or problem.

That is basic point, which I agree, but don't you think we are over doing it, holding to the fact that other person in the other end might by praying too, so which prayer would be granted?

I recall watching Nigeria female under 17 VS France. The first 90 minutes end goal less, Nigeria team played to start the match and at the end of 90 minutes.
Then before penalty starts Nigeria goalkeeper prayed in the net. Yet France won that game and move to semi-final.
Nigeria team prayed, France female team didn't yet France won. What is really going on?  That is exactly my point, why do we Africans pray for every issue?

I agree that people tend to over do it. May be it born out always wanting perfection in all we do.

Why they seek spiritual remedy is just why they want to get what they want to get.
But come to think of it, the people that don't joke with their spiritual means of getting whatever they want in life is Indians. Indians are really in top list. I guess this is one of reasons they are removed from sport activities.
