For Workers who are not paid for months- Jesus save our country.
For Pensioners who are not being paid- Jesus save our country.
For lack of good roads - Jesus save our country.
For lack of stable electricity- Jesus save our country.
For the poor condition of our hospitals - Jesus save our country.
For the wide gap between the rich and the poor- Jesus save our country.
From leaders who don’t care for the people - Jesus deliver Nigeria.
From lack of sensitivity to the suffering of the people - Jesus deliver Nigeria.
From the evil of kidnaping and armed robbery - Jesus deliver Nigeria.
From the evil of ghost workers - Jesus deliver Nigeria.
From the evil of ritual killings - Jesus deliver Nigeria.
From the evil of idolatry and fetish practices - Jesus deliver Nigeria.
For a better Nigeria- fill us with love for our country, O Jesus.
For a better Nigeria- fill us with a spirit of patriotism, O Jesus.
For a better Nigeria- raise up for us good leaders, O Jesus.
For a better Nigeria- make Nigeria a great nation, O Jesus.
For a better Nigeria- let there be justice and peace, O Jesus.
For a better Nigeria- may our elections be free and fair, O Jesus.
For a better Nigeria- may we never give up our faith in You, O Jesus.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world- spare us O Lord.

Let us pray.
Lord God, You are the creator of every tribe, race and nation.
We thank You for all the tribes and ethnic groups that make up our country Nigeria. We thank You for all the natural and Human Resources you have blessed our country with. Do not allow the ethnic differences that exists among us to disunite us, rather may it be a source of beauty, strength and unity for us. Save our country Nigeria from political and economic collapse. Help us break down all the barriers that stand in the way of our common unity and progress. Keep us safe, in peace and in unity.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen.
