Salam, It is a privilege to write to you. Also to know, if you are' an honest and reliable Person to help my son.
I am writing to you with the holy heart of God based on trust and wish that you will give me back the trust I have given to you. To established a relationship with you and my son David by hleping me to train him in education with this Inheritance that i am going to will in your name, also to establish Chawki Rahal FOUNDATION' for charity organizations in your country in my name for the widows, accident victims, as this was my wish to glorify the name of Our God and his Gospel. I want to will this Inheritance in your name, due to my family members want to take it from my son David, since i have been in this hospital for years in my Head brain cancer operation.
I am not looking for anything else, but someone with the fear of God, though its a sad and long story but I will cut it short for your quick and easy understanding. My names are, Mr. Chawki Rahal, An old man with a long time brain cancer problem, I am The MIGR Shell Oil Company,Vice President Sonatrach National Oil Company. During one of the recent Bomb Explosion on 11 Apr 2007 Wednesday bombings targeted a police station to eastern suburb Algiers, where the prime minister's office is. And capital international airport. My Residence and Other People's Lives, property was gone as noting And GOD knows all and his name must I Glorify at any moment i am still alive. As a Body of Christ Redeemed Christian of God. my Oil station was razed to Nothing leaving, my wife and my two daughter's was dead, and (9) of my sales girls and Mans Deeply injured. I want a reliable person that fears God, who will help me train my son David, the only survive in the Bomb blasts.
I dont want relationship of my family members with my son David due to there bad attitude, so that my son David will not develop it gradually if I may die in this sick bad of the Head brain cancer operation, this illness couldn't allow me to take care of him and to carry on this great work of God, that i wanted to start before this problem came and my family members are after my little son David to take the Inheritance, as the tradition demand in our Land, that if the father is no more, that the family member's will take over the late properties and any Inheritance left for his son and this is why i dont want them to know about this Inheritance that is in Financial Institution, for my son not to surffer if i may die.
I was preached the word of God through the help of Gospel Preacher's that visited my hospital room today where I and my only child David is staying. I then knew life is noting without God and became a renew born again Christian, As this moment, I am in (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) à proximité de Cocody), Where I have gone for a major operation for the Bomb Explosion and it has defiled all formS of medical treatment that i dont know what to do about my son David. Right now I have only a few months to live. As Life no longer has any meaning to me according to the medical experts.
I have not particularly lived my life so well in God till when i get this problem, as I never really cared for anyone (not even myself) but my business work with MIGR Shell Oil Company, Though I am very rich. I was never generous, I was always hostile to people and only focused on my business as that was the only thing I cared for. But now I regret all this as I now knew that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the money in the world without helping the work of God and I want you to help me fulfilled my wish to God, as can not do this anymore due to my health conditions here in this hospital.
I believe when God gives me a second chance to come to this world if there would be second chance for my life to be different, in the way from how I have lived my lives in the World. Also, to help with this money for the propagation of the work of God, building and maintaining the house of God through this money, is very important. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. As Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight for my case and I shall hold my peace say's the word of God.I have decided to donate this Inheritance to an individual,or group that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein. I want you help me to train my only son David and to establish Chawki Rahal FOUNDATION' for charity organizations in your country in my name for the widows, accident victims, by responding back to my letter with this four questions I stated below.
(1).To Help me train my son David in any high level, he want best in education. (2).To put the part of this money in God's work in the church. (3).This money must be used by God's way not ungodly way. (4).To establish 'Chawki Rahal FOUNDATION' for the widows, accident victims and Orphanages.
This money Inheritance must go to the privileges and those that are" in need of help in the world. Not when this money will be in your care, you will not follow all I have stated herein. I have tried to see if there will be anyone in my family members that can help me to take good care nof David my son, but in all, no good person due to the properties they took from me. Even if' you are a Christian, Muslim or Jews, I want a person that fear's God with all his heart to help me this. I took this decision because my family relatives are Trouble Makers and I don't want my son David and my efforts to be used for trivialties. I do not want a situation where my sweat will be used in material pursuits.
This are the reasons I am taking this decision. I want you to help with this, My families members did not care to help me train my son David when he was with them before he came to this hospital to stay with me or to put the money I gave them in the work of God' when i took my first major operation. I have willed and given most of my property and assets to my immediate and extended family members as well as a few close friends and none of them care to follow God's way with the money i gave them and I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul so. I have decided in you and to help me, as I want this to be one of the last good deeds I did on earth. So far, I have distributed Inheritance to some charity organizations in Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia with the help of some church ministries leaders. Now that my health has deteriorated so badly that i can not walk or to do this myself anymore.
I once asked members of my family members to close one of my accounts in our country and distribute the Inheritance which I have there to charity organization in my home town. But they refused and kept the Inheritance to themselves. Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be contended with what I have left for them, As I do informed them that' our nation today is being led astray by ungodly judges, mayors and governors, who are given to change our life, defying the Constitution of God and substituting their own wicked life.
There is this last of my Inheritance which no one knows of it, that is with Financial Institution. I want this Inheritance to be used for the great work of God and the training of my son David.The huge cash deposit, Four Million Seven Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand United States Dollar's. (Us$4.775.000.000), I really you will follow all I have stated in my letter. I will give you the information’s contact to the Financial Institution, for you to get insomuch with them, On how this Inheritance will transfer to you for dispatched it to establish Chawki Rahal FOUNDATION' for charity organizations in your country in my name for the widows, accident victims, and Orphanages.
I cannot will this money to anybody here in our country because my relatives have people in high places and will frustrate all attempts within this country here. Moreso they did not know about this deposit that I made. Presently, this deposit is known by I, my little son David and now you. I can not be able to do this anymore and the only way I could have rest of mind here in this hospital sick bad is when you will help me to fulfill my wishes to God. Instead of loosing all this Inheritance in the Financial Institution or to my family members not to take it from my son David.
Since I gave my life to Christ? I have no rest of mind, due to I have not fulfill my wishes to God, I dont want my families members to take my Personal Inheritance to there Personal Care, due to my sickness and all this is for the safety of my son's life and this great work of God, I am quickly looking for a God's fearable person that will help me in this Urgent. Note that everything concerning this transaction shall be LEGALLY done without hitch, Please endeavor to observe utmost discretion in all matters concerning this issue, as I hope that you are a sincere, honest, matured person and above all TRUSTWORTHY.
Please if you are not interested delete this letter and do give this proposal SERIOUS AND POSITIVE CONSIDERATION. Your earliest response to this letter will be highly appreciated due to my cancer problem and any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing for a church or another individual person for this same purpose.
