Atheists base their beliefs on luck?

An atheist is someone that does not hold a belief in a higher power. I can't say if a generic god exists (look up pantheism) because no experiment can prove or disprove this, thereby making the issue resolvable. Lack of evidence. We have no "beliefs", so I can confidently say we don't base our "beliefs" on luck, making your question moot.

Because one says that one is Atheist doesn't make him/her one, what some of the atheists are lacking is serious person that would convince them to change their mind set, as everything starts from one's thinking. 
Question is there true atheist?
