Of course, I believe in luck but also Belive on Hard work because these are parallel to each other.

First One is " I m not believe in Luck". Because There are 3 reasons to success in your life. They are

a. Confident
b. Passion
c. Hard work

If You follow this 3 in your life. You will be succeed.

The Second Thing is " Luck is there. Until its happen for You".
