Igbo People have severally been linked with the Israelites by Writers at various ponts in History. Some are of the opinion that Igbos have strong connections with ancient Israel while some Writers have categorically stated that Igbos are part of the ten lost tribes of Israel. Both friends and foes, from all works of life have in one way or the other described Igbos as Jews or Israelites domiciled in the West African rain forests.

Igbo in west africa Nigeria has many things in common with Israelite., I have heard them being one lost tribes of the Jews.

Reading Igbo being Israel is Not surprising but quit refreshing. But not certain if it has been officially acknowledged.
