The Anaheim Ducks have traded Kurtis Foster and Timo Pielmeier to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for Rod Pelley, Mark Fraser and a seventh-round selection in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Pelley, 27, has scored seven goals and 17 assists with 93 penalty minutes in 211 career NHL games with New Jersey while Fraser, 25, has scored three goals and five assists in 98 career NHL games with the Devils. The 30-year-old Fosterhas scored a goal and assist with eight Penalty minutes in nine games with Anaheim this season. Anaheim acquired him from Edmonton this past summer in exchange for Andy Sutton. Foster has played 340 career NHL games, scoring 38 goals and 105 assists with 256 penalty minutes overparts of nine NHL seasons with Atlanta, Minnesota, Tampa Bay, Edmonton and Anaheim. Pielmeier was originally drafted by San Jose in the third round (83rd overall) in 2007 and was acquired by Anaheim via trade in 2009.
