KIHEI, Hawaii - Maui police say former two-time UFC champion B.J. Penn was arrested after fighting with a man outside a bar.Police say the Hilo native, whose real name is Jay D. Penn, was in a physical altercation with a 37-year-old man Saturday night outside a bar in Kihei.The man was taken to Maui Memorial Medical Center, where he was treated and released.Penn was taken into custody but was not charged, police said. The 36-year-old was released pending further investigation.Penn couldnt immediately be reached for comment Monday.
