The Champions League in FIFA 07 is playable in Manager Mode but it has a different name, the ECC. It is the equivalent of the UEFA Champions League. You can make a tournament like the champions league if you go to Create Tournament and chose group and knock-out format (the knock-out will only have one leg though). hope it helped!
