Final 2014 World Cup Draw

The groups were decided for the 2014 World Cup on Friday evening, with the majority of the African teams getting seemingly favourable draws.

Cameroon were drawn in Group A with Mexico and Croatia, while Ivory Coast will be confident of getting out of a Group C which also includes Colombia, Greece and Japan.
Nigeria, too, will fancy their chances in Group F with Bosnia and Iran, with Argentina heading the group, and Algeria are with Belgium, Russia and Korea Republic.
However, Ghana have been handed a nightmare draw, being paired with Germany, Portugal and USA in Group G.
That, along with Group B featuring Italy, Uruguay, England and Costa Rica, are two ‘Groups of Death’.
Brazil will play Croatia in the opener.

Group A: Brazil, Croatia, Mexico and Cameroon
Group B: Spain, Netherlands, Chile and Australia
Group C: Colombia, Greece, Ivory Coast and Japan
Group D: Italy, England, Costa Rica and Uruguay
Group E: Switzerland, Ecuador, France and
Honduras
Group F: Argentina, Bosnia, Iran, Nigeria
Group G: Germany, Ghana, Portugal and USA
Group H: Belgium, Algeria, Russia and Korea
