.ng is the most dangerous domain,also the most expensive domain ($100 usd per year).
domain business is a strict business,first come first served.
but do you know that all the .ng domains are controlled by nira (Nigeria Internet Registration Association),do you know that Mary Uduma (the president of nira) and Sunday Folayan (the vice president of nira) and their nira will steal customers domains suddenly then sell them privately?

i registered games.ng with http://www.whogohost.com/ on 2013-05-24,2013-7-4, Mary Uduma and Sunday Folayan and their nira transfer out this domain from my account suddenly even without a email notice then sold it privately for $10000 usd per year, every year. (i heard the price from a registrar)

"NiRA and Nigeria are not interested in your games.ng, so I do not see any reason why you should not get that one."
but until today, i get 0 domain from nira, i get $0 from nira.

This whole story isn't a pretty picture, going to the way you're publicizing  it.
Some registrar do have terms and service that who ever is registering must follow, for example foreigner might no allow to register Nigeria etc.

But that of game.ng what are the reasons being given to you, as you only mentioned that they said they would refund you?

What is the last conversation with them, did Nira say that they won't refund you your money and apart from the sentence ("NiRA and Nigeria are not interested in your games.ng, so I do not see any reason why you should not get that one.") which doesn't make sense to me if what all one can tell a customer, what are the last communication/conversation that you had with them made you believe that all hope have lost about getting your domains or money back?

One thing is certain here, whether you're telling the whole truth or not, this will discourage a lot of people from buying .ng domain. Within short period of time of posting this here in Cokoye, see huge number of people that have read it and still counting.
