My question is very simple but wit great potential of debate. I want to know your views about the website design and website development, because lot of efforts are invested upon SEO to bring the traffic. Can SEO make a normal category website design competent with website designed professionally with latest features? 

SEO is just one aspect of bringing traffics to a website; SEO can't be enough to make traffic for a given website adequate. That is to say SEO can't totally make a website decide or fail; other methods or features have to be in place.
