Can I switch the 3 gauge panel from an Nissan Altima SE-R to a regular S?

I bought a 2005 Nissan Altima S and really would like to buy a three gauge panel (Oil,MPG,Volts) for my S. The three gauge is only avaliable in the SE-R but i want it in my S. Has anyone done this or know how to? I would really appreciate it! Thanks! Also, does anyone know where i can purcahse the gauge.
