Risk of buying a used car when govt is checkin d emission norms?
i decided to buy a used Indica xeta petrol with just 30k travel and recently brought 1.But with government making changes by introducin BS iv I was taken aback.Will it be going to effect d resale value coz i was plannin to sell off the vehicle after 1 year..plz advice..thanks in advance
