  1. Pull down the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
  2. Select the General tab sheet
  3. Type http://cokoye.com/ in the Address box of the Home page section
  4. Click the OK button

I didn't set it as home page but i set it whenever i open a new page tab it always open it.

That serves almost same purpose, it enables you keep an eye on what is going on Cokoye and get involve in discussion with users.
