There is more to your hair than just your diet but what you eat can certainly help. Nutrition plays a major role in how you look and feel it plays a major role in the look and feel of your hair. One of the signs of a vitamin or mineral deficiency is brittle hair and nails and hair loss.
By eating a diet rich in the following vitamins and minerals you can improve the look and feel of your hair and in some cases you can reduce or even prevent the occurrence of gray hair.
Here is a list of vitamins and minerals for beautiful healthy hair and foods that contain them.
