Today the Internet is much more than just a document storage shelves. It is an ideal vehicle for anyone who wants to set up an online business with little or no money and an attitude you want-it-now.

I have a programming background, but it was not my technical knowledge that enabled me to succeed in this area, but my trials and errors as the owner of an online business.

I tried many opportunities and techniques, but it was through my failures I have learned and consolidated a simple technique to succeed as a business owner online.

I can assure you, though you will have to acquire some basic skills, your success will depend not on your schedule, or typing, but more in what you have between the ears.

Below is my list of what you need and must do to succeed as a business owner online.

1. I have a dream and persistence. If you have a dream and the persistence to keep going, then it will fail, guaranteed.

2. Having a mentor. Find someone who has gained experience in this field. Beg, crawl, washing the car, do whatever it takes to become his pupil. Listen to their advice and learn from their failures and successes. It saves time, effort and money to say nothing of the anguish and disappointment.

3. Find a hobby, a project of 'pet', something that would interest and without payment or reward. If you get aroused, it keeps you awake at night thinking about it, give him an opportunity to make money with it too. For example, once you have a project or activity to live, whether sailing, stamp collecting, video games, cell phones, which could start a local club. Once the club is established that can start a club website. Once the site is in operation can introduce products to promote the club and its project / activity. You get the picture? You've probably seen "Pay it forward 'of the film. Well, you can use the same principle in establishing an online business. Give something of value and then you'll get your chance to get your reward.

4. Promote and automate your website project. Once completed step 3 and your site is running you want to be able to promote their club site to "outsiders." You do not have to be bogged down in technical and programming or writing lines of HTML code. There are brilliant software to do a lot of 'experts' tasks at the touch of a button (both free and commercial products). Learning to use it! Promoting your web site should be your priority now. Increased number of people who come to the site as possible and automate this activity. Start a newsletter to keep in touch with their members and provide them with free advice, tips and news on the topic of your project or activity. And again, to automate this as well. Get software to automatically distribute their newsletters and automatically sort e-mails received in response to your messages. Set autoresponders registration of new members and respond to email queries, automate, automate, automate ...

5. Once you have enough members and has an established group, loyal fan, you can enter your promotional products and other services now wants to sell and make money as a business. Have to be soft and this gradually. You may also be useful to have another, independent websites, business for this purpose and simply direct their members are from "signature files" or "letterhead" I send you as part of their club newsletter. By now you should have enough experience in building and operating a web site from step 3. If you had a commercial independent site have a lower risk of offending members of the club 'purist'.

6. Review the performance of your site, experiment and test the effect of site design, content, etc Comment holders and seek opportunities to further automate everything that can make your site 'self-sustaining. " If you do this you should be able to get more free time to enjoy their hobby into reality / project and to seek out more new material (tips, hints and news) that can be sent to members. Once you have a website running and are making money out of it, it's easy to forget that without new content and care for its members of their business will not survive. So make sure that the time have been released by automating processes, is put back in the search and provide the content and allow to provide a service to its members and take into account that they are members, as they share their enthusiasm for the hobby and not for business. Finding a balance between sweet taste and their business interests.

We wish him success in his new adventure
